Terms of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases of digital products, licenses, and software downloads (collectively, "Products") from scrap brain audio. By purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

2. License Grant

Upon payment, scrap brain audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, single-user license to download, install, and use the software for personal or commercial music production and sound design. You may install the Product on multiple computers owned and operated solely by you.

You may not distribute, lease, sell, sublicense, host, modify, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software, nor use the software as part of a service bureau or cloud service.

3. Payment & Delivery

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via our checkout partner. Once your payment is approved:

• A download link and a unique license key will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
• You are solely responsible for providing a valid, working email address. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Digital Deliveries & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly delivered and cannot be physically returned or deactivated, all sales are final and non-refundable once a download link has been generated. Please listen to audio samples and read specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Product (including code, graphics, presets, and audio content) belong exclusively to scrap brain audio. You acquire only a license to use the Product under these Terms.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to compatibility with your operating system, host DAW, or hardware setup. scrap brain audio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In no event shall scrap brain audio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or system downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
