LOGSATS [Patriot Infovention]

The Thai LOGSATS 3U CubeSat, developed by Patriot Infovention (renamed EOS Orbit), is prototype for an IoT (Internet-of-Things) communications satellite.

The satellite will also be the first in Thailand to provide the country's first aviation surveillance system and space-based Internet-of-Things (IoT) communications infrastructure. This innovative program aims to make it easier to put in place a sophisticated smart city infrastructure by utilizing information and communication technology to maximize the use of municipal resources. At the same time, the aviation surveillance system will support the control of aerial traffic in Thailand's airspace, both crewed and uncrewed. Patriot Infovention's initiative marks a significant turning point, laying the groundwork for their ambitious objective of launching a satellite constellation in 2027 that will provide near real-time communications coverage throughout Thailand.
