Köppen climate type:
Locality: 21 km south east of Uaroo.
Discovered in 1901. It consists of a large quartz reef in conglomerate, quartzite, micaeous slates and phyllites, dipping steeply north-east, trending north-east to south-west. The lode itself trends north-south, dips east 70 degrees, and outcrops for 800 feet, tapering at either end.
Ferguson states it is two lines of narrow lenticular quartz veins in mica-chlorite schist. One line strikes north north-east, 370 metres long, containing ten veins. The second line strikes north-west for 260 metres long. Galena and cerussite is noted in both. The lines contain various pits and cuts, producing 15.2 tonnes of lead, and 5878.4 g of silver.
The Mindat co-ordinates are approximate.
