A copper mine on the west face of Palmer Mountain. It worked a sparsely mineralized shear zone in argillite. Development includes a 620' adit, and a 200' adit.
Structure: The Palmer Mountain Greenstone Was Deposited At A Convergent Continental Margin.
Deposit: Two adits were developed on the property (rinehart and fox, 1972). ; info.src : 1 pub lit
Geology: The vein is in banded and schistose greenstone of the permian-triassic palmer mountain greenstone that was intruded to the west by felsic to intermediate rocks of probable jurassic-cretaceous age (rinehart and fox, 1972, geol. Map).

Ore(s): The Shear Zone In Argillite Carries A Vein 70ft Long And As Much As 3ft Wide; It Is Sparsely Mineralized. A Similar Vein Occurs In The Upper Adit (Huntting, 1956, P. 70).
