Abandoned brucite marble quarry located near Tonezza del Cimone, at the 6th km of the road Tonezza-Folgaria (Fiorentini Provincial Road; Provincial Road 64), but in the municipal territory of Valdastico.

This brucite marble, commercially known as pearl grey marble, is the product of contact metamorphism, originated from Cenozoic basaltic intrusions in Late Triassic dolostone (Dolomia Principale Formation).

The quarry is particularly known for the first find of hydrotalcite reported from Vicenza province (Scaini et al., 1967), for white radiating aggregates of "thomsonite" and pinkish baryte crystals.
