Köppen climate type:
Approximately 10 kilometres north of Harding Springs. It is a mountain and represents an area rather than any particular mine or prospect.
PNC Exploration while exploring for uranium bearing minerals in the early 1990's used this mountain as a label in the area. One 20 x 200 metre area on the margins of Haddock Creek, contained hornblende-allanite, within epidote altered banded gneiss, epidote calc-silicate rock, with goethite, and trace pyrite. It states the plagioclase-hornblende-microcline rock contains significant Th-allanite/epidote in serpentinised epidotised diopside amphibolite rock.
