The Ramonie Gold Mine is adjacent to the east of the Westralia pit.

In September 2015 a JORC Indicated resource was announced of 156 000 tonnes of ore @ 4.1 g/t yielding 21 000 ounces of gold, and an Inferred resource of 285 000 tonnes of ore @ 3.9 g/t yielding 36 000 ounces.

It was originally held around 1900 by an English syndicate, before being abandoned as worthless. By 1904, the next owners had extracted 400 tonnes of ore averaging 30 dwt from the main shaft near the northern boundary of the lease.

High grade gold hosting ore bodies are found in sericite-silica-carbonate-sulphide alteration zones. Underground mining took place in the 1990's by Dominion Mining, and then for a short time in 2009 by Range River.
