Hallembaye (Dutch Hallebeek) is a hamlet of Haccourt, a borough of Oupeye in the Belgian province of Liège.

The hamlet is located in the northeast of the municipality of Oupeye near the municipal border with Visé. The buildings of Hallembaye connect in the southeast with the village center of Haccourt.

Central to the hamlet is the Chapelle Saint-Nicolas d'Hallembaye, a chapel sometimes referred to as a church.

Hallembaye is located in the valley of the Meuse. The core of the hamlet is located about a kilometer west of the Albert Canal and 2 kilometers west of the Maas.

Just north of Hallembaye are the southernmost slopes of the Sint-Pietersberg, which includes the Hauts de Froidmont nature reserve and the Côte de Hallembaye. Northwest of the town are the limestone quarries Groeve Kreco (CPL) and Groeve CBR where limestone is extracted for, among other things, the cement industry.
