Discovered at the LiDAR map by coincidence. An article in Norwegian online magazine geo365.no about the nearby Jutulhogget canyon inspired me to check the area for similar canyons, but found these - probably small - mines instead.
On the LiDAR map ca. 12 adits can be seen, and several tailings.
A map at kart.1881.no shows three mine signs, and an aerial map of 1961 at the same website, clearly shows the mining activity. The map calls this area "Gruvvangen".
The coordinates are given for the point with most activity. More mining activity is seen at 62.1408552, 10.65601945 and 62.1413463, 10.6467946.
It is unclear what kind of mines these might have been, and the name is arbitrarily chosen for the nearest geographical feature.
