The Yundukala Au–Cu–Co deposit contains four alteration zones containing mineralization. These zones have overall lengths ranging from 400 to 2000 m and widths ranging from 50 to 600 m. Currently, 2 Au–Cu–Co orebodies, 3 Au–Cu orebodies, 4 Au orebodies, and 2 Au mineralized bodies have been found within the deposit. The Au–Cu–Co and Au–Cu mineralization in mineralization zone No. I is closely associated with intrusive rocks, which predominantly occur in diorite and the contact zone between diorite and basalt. The No. 3, 4 and 6 orebodies contain 148,500 tons of copper metal, 11 tons of gold metal and 7,429 tons of cobalt metal in mineralization zone No. I. On the other hand, Au mineralization in mineralization zones II, III, and IV is primarily influenced by the fracture zone within the shear deformation zone. This paper focuses solely on the Au–Cu–Co metallogenic system that is linked to intrusive rocks within mineralization zone No. I.
The ore mainly occurs as disseminated, veinlet, stockwork, and locally dense massive ores.
