Boca de Higui is a cluster of NNW-trending quartz veins up to 2 km long and 2 m wide which have the same strike as the main veins at Remance, located about 5 km to the southeast. The veins are hosted by propylitically altered andesite flows, volcanic breccias, lapilli tuffs and thinly bedded carbonaceous sediments.
