Name(s) in local language(s):
Graulahnerkopf (Graulahnerkogel), Amertal (Amerbachtal), Felbertal, Hohe Tauern, Salzburg, Österreich
On the western slopes of the Graulahnerkopf, a quartzite-phosphate lens with abundant lazulite and minor decomposed wagnerite crops out, which is believed to be of pegmatitic origin. Its orientation is perpendicular to the roughly N-S running ridge that geographically separates the Felben valley from the Stubach valley, and in its eastern extension, in screes on the eastern slopes of the mountain (located in the Stubach valley), boulders with a similar mineralisation were found.
Other minerals were recovered from clefts in amphibolites and in serpentinites, the latter near the summit.
