The major workings on the western side of Gunnerside Gill including the 16th Century North Hush. Later, underground workings include Dolly Level, Priscilla Level, Woodward Level, Sun Hush Level and the major (and lowest) drainage and haulage working for the area, Sir Francis Level.

Deposits accessed by these workings were on the following veins: Lownathwaite North, Middle, & Sun; Alderson's; Moor House; Watersykes; Blind Gill; Barbara and Reformer.
