Kennedy offers up to a 3-year limited warranty, and up to a lifetime warranty on 100s of Kennedy and KennedyPro Hand Tools ensuring that they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.To qualify for warranty, proof of purchase is required. A valid receipt, invoice, or other documentation indicating the date and place of purchase must be provided to verify warranty eligibility.
Important exclusions and conditions:
- The warranty does not cover accessories, consumables, tools with gear-type mechanisms, or spares.
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- The warranty applies solely to products purchased on or after January 1st 2025, and cannot be retrospectively applied to products purchased prior to this date.
Failure to present proof of purchase may result in the denial of warranty claims.
*Please note, exclusions apply; consumables and accessories are not covered including (but not limited to) abrasives, cutting tools, drill bits, screwdriver bits. Warranty covers parts and labour for faulty materials and workmanship, fair wear and tear is not covered.
