VEP 5 [JAXA]

The VEP 5 (Vehicle Evaluation Payload 5) is a demonstration payload to be flown on the first flight of the H-3-30S launch vehicle.

VEP 5 consists of a non-seperable dummy mass attached to stage 2 of the launch vehicle. It will also deploy several small satellites.
