Happy August to you, Yogis,
Hope you’re all having a great summer doing whatever makes your heart happy! The weather has been perfect in the hot room and we’re always happy to see you sweat.
Yin & Live Flute Sound Bath w/Dan & Onel ~ Sunday, Aug 9th ~ 11am-12:30pm. This is a unique, immersive experience that blends Yin Yoga with live flute music, crystal sound bowls and the gong. Be guided into a state of deep relaxation, grounding, and inner exploration through slow, meditative postures and the resonant sounds of live music. Find a sense of peace, balance, and spiritual renewal. No yoga experience necessary. Room will be warm.
On a sad note, our deepest condolences go out to our own Christina C. Her beautiful little doggie-boy Space, will be terribly missed.
That’s all for now, kids. Hydrate really well before class and we’ll see you soon.
Namaste,
anita & the Awesome HYRB crew
