Köppen climate type:
Volcanic-type uranium deposit, hosted in an arc-shaped subrhyolitic porphyry body at the northwestern edge of a down-faulted Upper Jurassic volcanic basin that unconformably rests on Late Archean metamorphic rocks. The ore bodies occur in the brecciated upper part of the rhyolitic porphyry body and in adjacent rhyolite and breccia tuff.
This deposit has not been mined.
