Zeolite outcrops along Calle Las Vueltas road, east of Copey village.

The lower outcrop, located at ca. 2440 m a.s.l. (coordinates 9.643543 N, 83.874403 W), consists of a severely weathered basaltic-andesitic lava, with abundant zeolites, which fill vesicles. The observed paragenesis is yugawaralite, laumontite, montmorillonite, and calcite; all these minerals are mixed in white massive and brittle aggregates.

The upper outcrop, located at ca. 2550 m (see placeholder) consists of a light gray, well rounded, medium to well sorted, brittle, non‐calcareous medium grained sandstone with volcaniclastic fragments (including augite crystals). In this outcrop the yugawaralite occurs as cement surrounding the clasts.

Note: In the original article the coordinates of the lower and upper outcrops are respectively reported as: 476985,98/399320,59, Lambert Norte, Hoja Vueltas (IGNCR); 477190,16/398976,73, Lambert Norte, Hoja Vueltas (IGNCR). However, Lambert Norte appears to be a typo for Lambert Sur.
