A ficlet for Shirebound- feel better, dear mellon! (((you))))) :sends Aragorn with Athelas too: (hmm maybe the next fic)

Frodo wasn’t feeling well for a while after March 13th, the anniversary date of Shelob sting. Sam was away restoring the Shire. He felt more weary and more feverish than what happened the past October when he felt the after effects of the Nazgul wound.

Suddenly though there was a knock on his door and his cousins, Merry and Pippin appeared with healing tea, the best corn cakes, pipeweed and blankets.

“Frodo! How are you feeling?”

“Heard you were under the weather and we decided to visit you,” said Pippin.

“The shadow of the spider’s stabbing was felt yesterday but i have not since recovered so well. How did you know to come visit?”

“We haven’t seen our favorite cousin for a long while and decided to stop by,” said Merry as he gave some Frodo some chamomile tea.

“Are you hungry at all? These are fresh from the bakery,” said Pippin as he showed Frodo the corn cakes.

“No, I am all right with the food. I feel better with the tea, though.”

Merry and Pippin briefed Frodo on what has been happening in the Shire. Frodo was glad to hear that they were doing well in their part of restoring the Shire.

Merry turned the attention back to Frodo. “Do you need anything, Frodo? Just tell us and we will help you,” said Merry. “Does anything pain you?”

Beta-ed by gamgeefest back in 2007 and never posted.

My Sam Post-havens fic that i've only found 3 chapters while i wrote like 10.....:( It is the longest thing i ever written. I wonder if i can find majority of it or not....

See how everyone likes it (or if i still have audience...:P maybe i'll remember what i wrote and rewrite...

Basically it's like a novella about how Sam deals with Frodo leaving Middle-earth.
I've always been curious to read fics that deal with the time after Frodo left Middle-earth and that impact on Sam. How was it like for Sam to deal with this loss?  What happened in the months after the last minute departure of his dear friend and master?  So I started by writing this scene between Rosie and Sam and it just became bigger than that. It turned into a h/c fic in later chapters. You know me and h/c. :)

So....here it is.... =)
