The Hesdaba prospect 18 km to the northwest of Pandora is an extension of the epithermal system and comprises five groups of steeply dipping mineralized corridors hosted in intensely altered basaltic volcanic rocks and rhyolite intrusions tilted 20° to 40° to the southwest. The prospect, located in an erosional window exposing the lower Stratoid series with overlying post-mineral basalt flows (upper Stratoid?), comprises chalcedonic silica and calcite veins up to 5 m wide and stockworks, although there is less brecciation along the veins compared with Pandora.
