My packages from the UK came last night! They were waiting for me when I got home this afternoon after a night in the city.
I am super excited, though have a couple disappointments, and some musings. All the Lush glory, after the jump:

I figured that it was finally time for me to do a p0rn post.  :P  Here is my stash from yesterday's visit to the store, and my current stash.

The pictures aren't great due to my sucky camera and amateur photography, but I did the best I could.

So, I cut just about 15" of my hair off. That being said, I can use SO MUCH LESS product on my hair! This means I will be majorly conserving my American Cream Conditioner, which I had previously tried so hard not to go through like water. This also means that my Godiva Shampoo Bar, as well as my BIG Shampoo will last longer, and I'll be using about a fifth of what I would normally have had to use of R&B. AWESOME!

Anyway, I've since placed like 3 different orders with Lush, so I'm going to review the stuff from my first order, and then tell you what I ordered in the other two. They're not here yet, (second order should be here today!) but when they do get here I will review the items!

My local Lush had an event on Friday! The theme was foot care, so the nice SA did a demo on both my mom's hand and mine (mother-daughter bonding experience, hah) where she used a geo-phyzz bath bomb to soak our hands in, then rubbed them with Running to the Embassy Body Butter, then put on a layer of Fair Trade Foot Lotion, then sprinkled on some T For Toes Dusting Powder. It was really nice, I think the SA was new, but she was so awesome! My mom and I spent a little more than an HOUR in the store. We had a lot of fun-- As you might have noted from past posts here, my mom and I share an extreme addiction to Lush. So, since the event was going on, if you spent $40 you got a free goodie bag. My boyfriend had given me a $75 gift card for my graduation, so I put that to some use, and my mom bought some more stuff for herself as well. Good timesss.

I got a 500ml bottle of American Cream Conditioner, as my backup for when the rest of my 250ml bottle runs out (It's got about 50% left)... The price absolutely kills me, but I just love it. I've decided to switch over to this completely, rather than alternating it with Jungle. Jungle is amazing, but it's too much work and it doesn't make my hair feel as nice as American Cream does... So, Jungle's on the backburner for a while now that I've used up my last bit of it.

I also got another bottle of Grease Lightning. This is my third bottle of it... I adore it. I'm just using up the last bit of what I have left.

Pied de Pepper Foot Lotion! I love this so much. I really don't give a heck about my feet, to be honest, but for the purpose of using this lotion, I'll give a heck about them. I love the scent SO MUCH, I don't care that it's a foot lotion, I'll slather it allover my body! I had gotten a sample of it a long time ago, and had been meaning to pick it up at some point, so I figured hey, it's a foot-care-themed event...Just do it. LOVE IT.

So in the goodie bag, there was a half of a Running to the Embassy Body Butter, a sample of Fair Trade Foot Lotion, and a big chunk of Lemslip Buttercream. My mom's goodiebag was the same, except she got A Ring of Roses Buttercream. (We cut each in half so we could both have half and half!)

My mom got the Geo-Phyzz bath bomb, because after the demo from the SA she fell in love with it... She also got a MMM bath melt, to compliment her new Candy Fluff Dusting Powder WHICH I AM SO IN LOVE WITH, AND AM SO UPSET THAT IT'S BEING DISCONTINUED. Ahhh. I knew I shouldn't have made her smell it... Go figure, we both fall absolutely in love with a product that will soon be unavailable. Let's hope it goes retro. Anyway, she also got a Business Time massage bar, and a Strawberry Feels Forever massage bar... And of course a free tin for buying two. We each also got samples of Vanilla Dee-Lite lotion (my mom was given two, actually) and I was also given a sample of 13 Unlucky for Dirt soap... Which I'm not a fan of. LOVE the Vanilla Dee-Lite though!

All in all, good times! Love the Lush events... I wish I could work for Lush.

OFF TOPIC, but I was looking at the careers section on the Lush NA website, and there's a job opening for a position involving the shop designing. I just graduated with a degree in Interior Design. I WANT THAT JOB!!!! Hahaha, except, it's in Vancouver. Wahhh :( That would be the most perfect and amazing job in the entire world.

So, I just graduated from college last week, and my mom had apparently ordered the new UK products that she knew I'd been lusting over, hoping to have them for me on my graduation day. Well, the ash cloud made the delivery time a lot longer than normal (as one would expect), so she just got the box in the mail today... I had nooo clue, until she called me from downstairs and announced "Hey! I've got Lovely Jubblies!"... Hahahaha. Okay, Mom. So then I went downstairs and she goes "And look what else!" And she had, infact, made a big ol' Lush UK order!!! Goooo Mommaaaaa :)

So, I even took pictures, because I'm just that excited about it. And yes, she did buy some goodies for herself as well!

True Life: I'm a Lush Addict...

So I've been lurking this community for a while, never getting around to posting any entries of my own. I'm pretty much obsessed with Lush. I'm always on MUA reading LUSH reviews and reviewing things myself, and I'm constantly creeping on YouTube at all the people who do "Lush Hauls" and I've always wanted to be a dork and do one of my own... So, here we go! I am unreasonably excited...

helloooo my lovely lushies. I'm new here, so i figured I'd share my collection of goodies. I also just bought a nice storage unit for it (aka a 20 dollar set of drawers from target LOL). I labelled almost all of my products so you can see what everything is.

also for anyone who uses bubble bars, i'm not sure if anyone has suggested this - but I bought this tea infuser thing off amazon for a little more than 3 dollars and I just break off a piece of bar inside, and hang it off of my faucet so the water runs over it, and it totally gives you more bubbles than crumbling the bubble bar into the water. this works awesome for turning shower jelly into bubble baths too.

anyway that's my loot! i cant wait to read more from other posts. :)
