They're all minor good things but they add up to a much smoother average day for me and a smooth average day for me is a nice, productive, yet relaxing day. Love it.
Thing one that's most important is that Rose seems to have finally adjusted well enough to life that barring craziness (i.e. Thursday night), she's now sleeping through the night. Seven or eight straight hours of sleep makes me a perkier Me, by far. (Previous night-waking with her has not resulted in my previous "pop her on the boob and nod back off" because she really, really likes to roll around. Can you say "incompatible with rest?" Knew you could. Due to the better/more sleep, I have a ton more energy, which is helped by taking adequate vitamins and food, which is helped by having enough sleep to have both the energy and brainpower to remember those things. As a consequence of having more energy, housework is getting done. My living room's a huge mess daily because I've got a Rose playing in it but over the course of the week it's become far less insurmountable. As a consequence of having more energy and having increasing amounts of housework done, I'm cooking better, too. I wasn't noting it here but we were eating a lot more prepared food than I was happy with. It was more usually than not also fattening, preservative-rich, not-entirely-healthy, too. Barely fuel, much less food. That's lessened in just the last week and a half, two weeks. Rose has finally seemed to decide on a schedule and I'm delighted. A baby with a schedule is a more predictable baby. I still expect days with one o'clock naps instead of ten o'clock naps, but we'll get through those just fine.
( Got a little tl;dr, here, since it's been a bit since my last updateCollapse )That said, I still have a knitting & knitting research SCA project in front of me - I'm trying to get a particular resource but it looks like I may have to drive to where its held right now because they're not loaning it out on ILL. I'll likely take the laptop and see if a Saturday won't suffice, so that B could watch the girls. I have a copy of Rutt freely loaned out to me from it's owner - maybe I'll have a bit of time to have a really good dig into it tomorrow afternoon or something. We'll see. I'd really like to have a preliminary project or at least the accompanying paper/research ready for Midwinter A&S.
I just found out that there's something I like about formula.
The top of the can does well in a pinch for covering the steeping mug of Mother's Milk tea.I know that I am really, really hard on formula and a lot of you out there wonder why, when it likely changed the course of my youngest daughter's life by giving her needed extra calories in her first few months.
In part, of course, it's because I resent not being able to give her all that she needs on the breast. I really, really resent it and that's in part because I should have been able to continue with Meg and would have if I'd just had more information and support. Thanks to the efforts of formula companies, that information wasn't readily available in my community, whose breastfeeding rates are truly abominable thanks to the long-term effects of marketing a product that was only supposed to be used for children in Rose's situation or similar. One list I'm on has a lady whose child who requires surgery for an unclosed heart and previous to surgery was far too weak to suckle. So Mom pumped until Baby had surgery and Baby lived and is now getting on the breast which is the very best food for recuperation from the trauma and struggle that has been life thus far. Formula is for women with hypoplastic (read: not enough mammary glands) breasts who have children. It's for children with serious galactosemia. It's for adopted children with loving new parents who are either in the process of trying to relactate or who have never had children of their own and have no access to breastmilk banks.
It's for the ABnormal situations that pop up in life and would otherwise become personal tragedies. Preventable with formula. For that I'm glad it's here.
What I'm NOT happy about is that formula companies use cut-throat advertising tactics in order to get every woman to think that their child needs it, to get their product in the hands of women who've just had children - I'm not shitting you, I got the "breastmilk" gift bag at the hospital and IT HAD FORMULA IN IT. Or there's the disgusting wink and nudge when they put "Breastfeeding is best for infants" on their advertisements of perfectly health children with a bottle of formula next to them. If you Google Nestlé's efforts in Third World countries where literacy rates are low prepare to be appalled. I will not buy Nestlé anything again and I'm a bit of a capitalist, so that's a bit of a drastic measure for me. I encourage you to go look it up. Frankly, I encourage you to never buy another thing that Nestlé makes, but I'm a realist and you must make your own decision. The things that Nestlé's been involved in are not opinion, are not "they" say - they're facts.
I'm also not happy about the misinformation in the pediatric school of medicine which formula companies have helped to encourage. It's only in the past few years beginning to change, too - most pediatricians currently operating received about a half-page of information about breastfeeding in one book, in one course. Again, that's changed but recently enough that your average pediatrician has to re-educate themselves about it.
Look, breastfeeding is best, hands down, in any normal situation and more situations are normal than people think. Everyone knows that breast is best. It is not MORE work than bottle feeding. It is just different work -- but it's always best. It doesn't require any steep expenditures, though there are things out there you can buy to make up for the difference in saved money, I suppose. And it's so much better that formula companies who'll go neck and neck with each other to get their products in maternity wards have to put "Breastfeeding is best for infants" on their products to help fend off lawsuits. It's just better. It simply is.
Case in point this morning: I opened the house up first thing, and because it was yet a bit nippy, I put on a thin wool sweater (Old Navy number, v-neck, three-quarter sleeves navy blue, fits like a glove because - well, let's just say there's a reason that I wash the wool in this house, and not Mr. "Waitaminute when I put this in the dryer it was five yards long!" B). Rose needed a change, and the mail lady delivered my shipment of Snappis, so I put her pink wool soaker on the baby girl.
Now to make sure y'all know what's going on, during the day, we alternate the breast with the bottle of richer-than-directions formula. When she gets the breast, Rose spits up rarely. Like maybe once in a week, and more recently, once every ten days or so. Comes right off of *everything*, and I mean everything. Formula, though. Different matter. She spits up more and formula spit up is notorious for staining. The only thing that makes worse spit-up stains is soy formula, I am here to tell you. This morning, after we're both changed, she gets a bottle. Well, little Miss Rose now has a nice, strong back and can switch sides if mom's not really paying attention. I thought she'd already finished spitting up on the please-don't-use-me-for-real-diapering cloth diaper on my right shoulder. Nope!
Spit up, left shoulder. A good one, too - left shoulder, and making a line heading for my waist. And on the baby: right shoulder, and dripped down to her wool soaker. Argh!
Right? Nope. Came right off. No stains - well, I say that. There's not a stain on the *wool*, but her cotton onesie is showing it. :)
( Breastfeeding-type possible TMICollapse )Mmmmmm, Indian food tonight. Meg ate it, too, which I'm happy with. B is making up into an increasingly better sous chef.
Lots of methi? You betcha. Mmmmm, methi.I've been trying for *days* to get this damn tunic done. I had to ask B to stay home so that maybe he could hold her while I sewed the neck down. I was able to step away from either food prep, feeding myself or the baby for juuuuust barely enough to sew the neckline down. Now I need to touch up some paint. But it's 10:30. You see, B got to playing WoW and lost track of time - and thanks to those hormones and skipping a nap so that I could get some work done ::insert derisive laughter here:: I feel asleep trying to nurse her down to bed and awoke with time to get Meg to move to her bed and to take a shower. And now she's waking up again.
Well, g'night. I'll... try again tomorrow. I can't believe I asked B to stay home this afternoon so I could get this thing done; I should have just let him go. OTOH, he has at least seen *precisely* how I am *not* wasting my day, what with new baby and breastfeeding. Literally, I can't add another thing to the list of stuff I try to do, which he now understands - even down to getting a shower, some days. This *is* getting finished tomorrow, dammit, and I will just have the mail delivery lady pick it up from me for Priority Delivery. I don't do that often because they really hate it, but I can't see another way around this.Oliver Stone's Alexander was on tonight. Very, very "meh." Lots of fighting in ways that were completely unilluminating about what was going on. Dialogue was... precious, and non-battle scenes as the movie progressed got exotic very silly ways. Think I'll, oh, I dunno, read the histories.
Get Smart: Fuh-neh. Go see it. Quite amusing and with one of my favorite "bad guy" actors, too, plus a new-to-me henchman whose part I enjoyed watching. Well written and there are far more funny parts in the movie than in the trailer, which is always a good sign. Some amusing cameos and nods to the original series in there. Put it this way: it was funny enough to make up paying for a double feature with Superhero Movie and only seeing Get Smart.
Superhero Movie: Meh. About as "meh" as Alexander. We left for humor that was inappropriate for Meg sometime around ten minutes in, but I wasn't really all that impressed with the movie - badly written potty humor and sex humor, like with Scary Movie, which is by the same folks. THey've done a few others in the meantime that she *can* see and enjoy and weren't a waste of my time, but this wasn't one of them. If we catch it, it'll be on cable/satellite.
I'm in my old jeans this morning. Yeah, I'm thinking that I lost closer to 20 pounds in the first trimester, and not so much just fifteen.Today is Rose's first non-hospital pediatrician appointment and I believe that we'll run by Ron's on the way back and show her off there.
Momma is down with a gastrointestinal thing. She actually passed out briefly (low b.p., hahaha God, I saw what You did there). She'll be fine, no fever or anything, she just feels really, really badly right now, though she reports that she's feeling better now than she did earlier today. I feel for her, I really, really do. Y'all know that.
And yet, the pessimistic side of me combines this with recent crap and today's dizzy delight and has me in the hospital tomorrow and likely in surgery when Momma can't be there for being this kind of sick. I wouldn't *want* her there if she felt that bad, don't get me wrong, and for more than just "zomg must not let germs near the behbeh!." I'd hate her to be there if she felt so absolutely rotten as she sounds. It's just that superstitious and cynical side of me talking.
I will notice that her voice perked up noticeably when we started talking about why I called this morning to talk to her. Heh. My mom the nurse. She wondered why I hadn't called the doc's office, but frankly, ( Scarlett....Collapse )
Oh, one other thing I just thought of. This will also make the need to give me magnesium sulfate while they wait for the Lovenox to clear the system damn near zero, unless something gets REALLY freaky and sideways in a very, very short time. I'm delighted about that need being near zero. It gave me an all-over rash for days when I was in with Meg's birth and was One More Drug in my system, which helped me to be whacked out for days. I'd really rather avoid that this time.
New giggle for the day. Meg is watching a little tv in the extra room, which is still not quite cleared out of things which need to go into storage. She just came out wearing B's electric fencing mask.
"Well, it's a little big, so I can't wear it! But it still smells like Daddy!"
Yes, it's kinda gross - but I still laughed.Folks, I know my LJ's turned into "that pregnant whining chick" and I'm sorry. I'm really tired of it, too, FWIW.At least there's garb to talk about. I got Meg's sleeves sewn together. Just need to bind the top, add a lacing strip, and add the decorating strips. There is one concern I'll mention - remember how I'm supposed to be on Heparin, three times daily?
Remember how there's a Heparin shortage at the moment, thanks to a recent and very large recall? ( Read more...Collapse )
I mean, yeah, liability's a bitch, but I'm thinking about both my kidneys and my daughter, not my bottom line or my lawyers.I had a steak on Sunday night, but have since turned into the Vegetable Queen. I can't get enough fruits and veggies, watermelon and strawberries and cherries and carrots and leafy greens and even a little broccoli omnomnomnom. I'm not really very interested in protein at all and am only slightly interested in carbs, complex or no.
Er. This is having somewhat predictable results.... : /I talked to B about the blood thinner stuff of today, and being married to me he basically said "whatever you feel is best, because it's your body and your health and you know better what's going on with you and Rose." He's also trying to get things lined up nicely at work in the next two days in case we end up not coming back here on Thursday.
All right. Applying hairbrush for the itch that never ends in my hands and feet and attempting a nap.
Did you know that a Crohn's flare up, with it's rhythmic and unpleasant cramping of the belly, is really enough like a contraction to fool me?
Did you know that the cramps of a Crohn's flare up will also cause a few contractions?
Also, my protein's up to that fun "2" level, and the only reason I'm still not in the hospital now is because my other symptoms don't yet call for 24 hour monitoring - but I get to do a 24 hour urine collect for the next doc's appointment. And now I'm on 3x daily Heparin shots but no one in town has them in stock till Tuesday. I'm hungry, but I feel like absolute crap.
And I still want some of the cherries and strawberries in my kitchen. And watermelon.
Happy Memorial Day weekend, y'all.... At least I worked out the decorative detailing on the bodies. It's cute and all.
More later. I'm tired and pissy and hungry. And stuff.
With it being in the eighties today, I changed out of what I had on earlier (light cotton pants, t-shirt) and into a bikini top and my shortest pregnant lady shorts. I'm *much* more comfy now.
Y'all that have known me in the past know that while I don't feel I get to pick for others, in general I feel that I certainly should NOT wear belly-baring swimsuits, pregnant or not. Yeah. Changed my mind. It's hot enough that I don't really care if the belly and the Ginormous Scar of Huge Longness shows. I may need to go pick up a couple cheapy bikini tops at W-M, now. This is awesome for around the house. My sense of humor demands that I get one of the ones with cherries on it.
No. No pictures. I'm not that much less body conscious.I'm bored out of my gourd, today, too. ( also a bit about the bodiesCollapse )I rather feel like a heel about it, but I had to ask B to start forgoing his regular Friday evening gaming. ( Read more...Collapse )Okay, I feel a little better, getting that out. A little. I'm going to go and try to be slightly more useful, now, maybe make a final decision on that bodies decoration.
I slept like crap last night. I kept waking up. I kept having to pee. I kept having to turn over. My stomach was unhappy (I'd not eaten enough dinner before hitting the bed early, but I was so tired that I didn't figure it out till this morning). The cats were doing their very best asshat impersonations. My hands and feet were itching so much that they woke me up. Around five, I got out of bed, very grumpy, and had a glass of water and a banana while convincing Cassius that my damn feet were NOT chewable. After responding to a couple of things, I went back to bed and slept till about eight-thirty. I'm a *little* less grumpy now. But I'm still hungry.
I'm going to get some breakfast, and post a garb pic or two, and try not to bite Meg's head off, unwarranted.
Please to be sucking these rotten eggs (see enclosure). I thought that was a bag or I would just have written on it "Return to Sender." A bag without your shitty logo, or even *with* your shitty logo if I can remove it, I'm okay with. A freakin' can of formula, with the box telling me to ask for Similac at the hospital? Circular file. Yeah. I'd dump it down the toilet, but it's a septic tank, and there's that concern with dumping chemically stuff into *city* water - what'd it do in the country?
How cute that you've added DHA and ARA - but, oh, you know what? I MAKE readily bioavailable DHA and ARA and lots of other stuff that you already know about but have no clue about reproducing.
Suck it, HeatherNeed to up my water/fluid intake. I'm right on the edge of the oligohydramnios (not enough amniotic fluid) range. This makes sense - I have been feeling a little drymouthed in the past couple of days, and my urine's darker. I'm spilling more protein (1, up from "a trace" last week, with 2 being the "thou shalt hit the hospital" level) but I think that's more closely related to my fluid intake. But even then, at a present outer range level of 7.0 cm3, they still don't pop me in the hospital until around 4.0 cm3. They just monitor me. So I'll be back there next week.
Like I was gonna be, anyway.... Yeah. Next week is checking her growth (because taking my word for it that she IS, in fact, taking up more space is evidently not as settling to the docs as an ultrasound tech's added confirmation) and scheduling surgery to take care of this abdominal swelling I seem to have going on.
Thought I was supposed to have the strep B screening today, but evidently not. I'm not that worried about it, though - heh-lo, C-section! I understand there's still technically a chance but it's just so ridiculously low that I'm in no way worried about it unless Dr. Sauce (as I've come to mentally call him - I'm fond of Lombardy sauce) has way more caffeine in his system than he ought at the time of the surgery.I R tird preggo 2day. I slept the entire way back to C'ville. I did get the catch-stitching on Meg's bodice all done and pinned in the lining as well I could with the few pins I had, and we stopped to pick up matching thread for the rest of the sewing.
I'm *thirtsy*. I had us get very, very juicy fruit while at W-M, and I've had two apricots and a lot of water since we've got home. I feel like I'm about to float off the chair. Only, in the way where I don't mean that I'm actively peeing that much, because that would be gross.
And somehow, I ended up with one extra tab. I'd be disturbed, but everything's all balanced and in place....Yes, we'll be in Nashville tomorrow, but ( Read more...Collapse )I do indeed have a high classical C-section uterine scar, and due to records issues (I have issues with paying $35-$40 dollars for someone to say "Yeah," or "No" on the multi-layer or no after I already know about the placement/orientation of the scar) must presume that it's only one layer of stitches. The multi-layer is possibly debatable, but the scar is definitely high classical. No trial of labor for me.
However, B *will* be in the OR if he wants to be there. Period. If I need to be "that patient," he will be there. For two days now, my back hasn't hurt at the hips/lower back at all. It's been LOVELY. Lovely.
P.S. Your youngest-to-be granddaughter has definitely let her opinion of the BH contractions be known. Every time one is done I know in part because my stomach's not all tight, but also because she wiggles around hard and tries to find her comfy position again. With her butt shoved *firmly* into her favorite place, I assure you.
The television is replaced. I can read text on the screen. It's lovely. ( Read more...Collapse ) Rose is beginning the process of cozying up to the old cervix. Yeah. I can tell. I need to pee what feels like every fifteen minutes, BH contractions that are getting increasingly more frequent and serious (they were mild enough that I could feel Rose's major body bits through the uterine muscle wall during them, but that's not the case now for about a week), and having enough increased lung room that I sang with Pat Benatar this afternoon when "Heartbreaker" came on. I can tell a little difference in my silhouette, too. She's not anything like fully engaged at this point, but she's certainly considering it.
Seriously, y'all, I don't really think that Rose is going to wait much into June, if at all. ( Just got a feeling, y'know?Collapse )Meg's skirt is totally finished up and gathered to the waistband. I finished up the skirt while we were out and about, and since I found myself with a drive home and a lap of finished skirt, I went ahead and ran a line of running stitch about a third of an inch from the top edge just for extra extraness. Got home, ate, messed around with the Playstation, watched a little t.v. and *then* sewed up the waistband and marked and ran up the skirt gathering lines. I don't think I even started that till the evening news was on. It's roughly pinned into place now, and I'll sew it on tomorrow, adding lacing eyelets for closure. It'll be done but for the eyelet pairs used to point the waistband to the bodies waist, which won't happen till the bodies are complete and I can mark the best placement when Meg's wearing it. Er, them. Thingy. So, maybe all of another hour to an hour and fifteen minutes added.
Okay, g'night. Oh, fart. I was going to take a shower tonight. Yeah, I'm tired enough that that will wait till tomorrow morning.
Now they're telling me, in week 35, having had my birthing plan for at least four if not five months, that B can't be in the OR in case the vasovagal syncopy decides to rear its head. I'm... becoming increasingly displeased. I explained this to them many months ago, and *now* they decide to tell me this? After never saying that B couldn't be there when I flat out told them verbally about the v.s. at that first? Makes me think, so, what's next? "Oh, yeah, the baby can't room in with you till after you've been out of surgery for twelve hours because of his v.s. danger of passing out?"
Yeah. Think I'll be trying to reach some folks in Summertown tomorrow. Shit, that is *such* a longer drive. Argh.
...Dammit. BP's up *again* and that was after lying quietly on the bed for about fifteen minutes. It's been normal, but highish normal since I woke up. Your BP's supposed to go *down* in the evening. Also, my feet are getting a little edemic; I have piddies that are going all sausage-like, and I've been doing a *little* walking today.
DO NOT WANT.
ETA: Aaaaaaannnnd off to the hospital again. Night two in a row of high BP is evidently something that makes doctors nervous, too.
Demo tomorrow. WTF am I up so late? This makes no sense. Oh, wait, yes it does. :/ ::gets bowl of cereal::
Doc appt went well, which is to say, all is within normal range - it wasn't this morning, so I brought bags just in case I ended up in assessment and possibly overnighting. I got a useful number for the diastolic and a general timeline of how long it needs to stay at or beyond said number before going in for assessment and calling on the way. Debbie, the kickass nurse, understands that I have a brain; as you may understand, that's just refreshing in a doc's office. This is what I wanted last time, too, but they had in agency temps, Debbie the kickass nurse was sick but trying *really hard* to stay for as long as possible because of the temps and because someone else was out, and I could always call and was coming back today, when it would be (and was) calmer. I always feel free to call and get a straight answer at any time, and it wasn't urgent. Anyway, all's good, I have more information today, and another week of baby baking.
Oh, and guess what? No GD. Like I said. Hello! I suppose I'm glad that the doctor feels better about himself. :/ Sure.Chevy Malibus, while pretty drivable, have little pickup (ack! it was *Nashville*) and it's a PITA to see out the back when you're reversing. Well, when you're *short* and can't get a good body turn for making another body and reversing, anyway.
I'm at the point where I purely hate being in a car for any time longer than about fifteen minutes, twenty if it's earlier in the day. What it does to my lower back and hips is simply not worth it, and I don't think it would matter if I were driving a luxury car with chairs softer than sofas, complete with butt/lower back warmers. It doesn't help that today was variably rainy. Ow.( Cut because I care: bewbs TMICollapse )
Okay. I've finished the cereal that I evidently wanted without telling myself about it until stupid o'clock. Here's hoping my back and hips will let me sleep. We've got to hit the road early-ish tomorrow, too.
I has a banana, pecan, and dried cherry bread. Two loaves. I'm following a different recipe than I've used before and it calls for buttermilk. What with the tang of the buttermilk, it really, really wants a cream cheese frosting on, it does, it does, but I don't have enough cream cheese to make any up, much less enough white sugar to even grind up to approximate confectioners' sugar - and B's got the car so that he can be at work and make up some time lost with the adventure to the hospital this past Tuesday. So I shall just deal.
I've just pulled out of the oven a couple of loaves of spiced pumpkin bread, too. Yes, my house smells wonderfully, and on top of that we've got the house open. Mmmmmmm.... We'll likely freeze the extra, and they'll be good for three months. It's a little boggling at this point to know that I could very well be making food that won't be eaten until after Rose's advent.
Tonight's dinner is already made (cranberry split chicken breasts with short brown rice and cranberries with cranberry-chicken gravy plus a yet-to-be-decided-upon vegetable) and will just need finishing, reheating, and the gravy made. :) There will be leftovers for tomorrow and likely the day after, too.
Between these quick bread loaves and dinner tonight, and a bowl of cereal this morning, I've used up nearly all the dried fruit in the house but for some chopped dates, which may well see usage in some oatmeal this week. Heh. Yay, fiber! Oh, wait, no, there are still some unused prunes I bought for a recipe that I didn't like a while back. Hrm. Those would have been good with a few chopped up and added to the pumpkin bread. Oh, well. I learned how to stock a pantry from my Granny, so technically we could eat out of that thing for at least a whole pay cycle with very,v ery little supplementation, considering the flours and dried veg. Eh, we're too willingly dependent on easy foods. Also, produce is through the roof, which kinda sucks since I really like fresh produce.
I've got buttermilk in the house, so now I want to make cornmeal and crumble it up in a cup of buttermilk. Mmmmmmm..... So good. I think Rose has discovered that she's not got as much space as she once had. She's enjoying getting those tiny little (pointy) toes *right up under* my left rib cage when I sit down, in protest to further loss of space.
But I must sit - I've been doing a bit more standing this morning, what with the cooking and cleaning up some in the kitchen. I do at least have all of the handwash stuff caught up and some of the stuff to the right of the oven, like the fryer, which I need B to empty out, and wiped down the Foreman grill's outsides (way overdue); when I get my back to calm down, I will next tackle the funk-nasty-looking range top. First with some boiling water to get the cooked-on stuff a little easier to remove. Ick. See, B doesn't do this, and I haven't had the energy and time to do it myself for a while and it is just gross-looking. I know the food doesn't touch it, but it's just nasty-looking, and who wouldn't rather eat food out of a clean kitchen.
Yes, I recognize that since the hindbrain is content with the clothing/diaper situation right now, this is it moving on to the other part of nesting: MUST CLEAN. But before I will start in on that I do believe that I'll take a nap after it's time to get the loaves out of their pans.
Diastolic near 100. Off to the hospital for me for assessment - in Nashvegas. I've checked twice this morning. It's going *up* and not down. (Er, I did try the lime juice and cream of tartar in water - no change, but thanks for the rec.)
Knew there was a reason that I wanted the car today, even though I had no plans on going in to work. KNEW it. Glad I was stubborn about it.
Oh, well. Going to go pick up B and then we'll drive in - they already know that I'm going to be there in no less than two hours or so.
...but there's that part of the brain that Just. Doesn't. Care. It thinks, "if I can just make it to the middle of next week, she'll be okay, because Meg was okay." That part refuses to look at stats. Flat-out refuses. It just insists that Rose will be okay if she's born early if we can at least make it to next Wednesday or so. My BP's just all over the place with no rhyme or reason. 89 diastolic around dinner time. AGAIN. Home all afternoon, relaxing here in the house. Quiet, peaceful, had nap time - yesterday morning, diastolic was looking much better, which I attributed to being home and relaxed in some subtler way than at Granny and Grandpa's. Yeah, not so much - back in the eighties yesterday afternoon.
Blackberry cobbler should NOT give you indigestion, dammit. It was ver' tasty cobbler. Mmmm. But indigestion? Come on.

I'm really, really relieved to be getting ready to head back to school. Gosh.
That all sounds terrible
