This is perhaps the first weekend where I've done nothing but lounge around, playing my Wii. And it's been awesome. Seriously.

Not much to write home about. I'm eagerly anticipating Skyward Sword's release. Ever since Nintendo announced they were finished with the game I've been waiting to hear a release date. All I've heard so far is December 31st by some person on youtube, so I don't know how much to trust that... At this rate, it seems, I'll be getting Xillia before Skyward Sword, which is a real bummer since I can't even play the game.

Speaking of which, it seems the price went up? I remember buying Graces F for 65 USD, but now Xillia is 70 USD? What's with that? Is the American money that weak? >_< I'm planning on buying mine locally this time instead of importing it though. Last time when Graces came out I found the game for 50,000 won at the video game markets, so I'm hoping to do the same with Xillia. I will most likely miss out on the pre-order bonus, but...oh well.

In addition to Xillia, the only other game I'm looking into at the moment is Tales of Graces F in English for the PS3, which isn't scheduled to come out until 2012. Lame. It kinda makes me think they should have waited a bit longer to announce it, rather than announce it and then leave us in the dark for a year until it's ready to be released. Oh, Namco. X_X

As for EU games, Xenoblade should be coming out this year. I'm pretty excited about that, actually. Despite the fact that it won't be out in the States, there's a good chance I can get it emulated on my Wii, meaning I'll have the ability to play the PAL version in English! This is a good thing because I played the Japanese version and got completely stuck while the game tried explaining the battle system to me. It was a real pain, and I'm not looking forward to trying it out again in Japanese. I think it might be a little easier in English; at least that's what I hope.

In the mean time I guess I'll keep truckin' along with KoR and maybe even start up a file of The Last Story, since its PAL release is, from what I've heard, 2012. I'm not expecting to be able to play it in English unless it comes out in January or February of 2012, so I guess it's Japanese for me...

So what games are you looking forward to, F-list?

Went to Itaewon yesterday. Itaewon is sorta like the America Town of Korea. There's a decent sized bookstore, which is where we went. My friend Charles wanted to get rid of a bunch of his books before leaving Korea, and I wanted to go book shopping. I always buy something when I go to Itaewon because it's so far away that I feel like the whole trip is wasted if I don't get at least something. So I got...

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time volume 2
Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

They had Oracle of Seasons, Link to the Past, and etc, but I'm a big fan of OoT. I wanted volume one of OoT, but they only had volume 2. Boo. I guess I'll have to either go back or wait until I get back home to get volume 1.

The volume are in almost pristine condition. They look like they just rolled off the printers in both appearance and quality. This is more than I can say for most US bookstore copies, so I'm pretty happy, even if I didn't get to use a 30% off coupon or anything. ;-;

Finished translating DNAngel, July chapter. I feel bad that it took so long, but I've been really busy what with my parents here and everything. And then I got distracted by Fragile...

Anyway, here's the link to the newest chapter: http://hand-of-time.livejournal.com/4277.html#cutid1

The Insomnia arc keeps on truckin', though a lot of progress has been made here. Risa gets pissed at Insomnia for dragging her sister into this mess, Daisuke grows some guts, and Dark and Insomnia have a heart-to-heart chat. Oh, and Satoshi makes an appearance as well! But no Krad still. ;-;
All in all, a fun chapter. I'm kind of hoping the Insomnia arc will end soon, lest I smash Insomnia's face in out of annoyance for him. Argentine was at least cute, Insomnia's just kind of annoying X_X

Hope you enjoy the read, and please don't forget to comment if you've read it! Thanks.

Not sure if you guys have heard this yet, but the Legend of the Zelda manga is coming stateside! Licensed by Viz, it should be appearing in book stores October 7 at the listed price of $7.99
I don't know about you guys, but this is on my "DO WANT" list.

Vampire Knight came out today...well, yesterday in Japan. I finally got to see the RAW this evening, which probably wasn't a good idea since my listening skills were not at their peak.

I'd give a summary, but I'm really not feeling up to it tonight. Sorry...

Anyway, anime introductions for all.

Not bad for Nintendo, a company that rarely does CG.
(this makes even me almost want to play this game...)

As FF3 begins to wind down and I come close to beating the game, I've been trying to find myself a good RPG that will keep me occupied and my DS in use. I wasn't too interested in any of the RPGs available for the DS, but one game seems to he re-caught my attention.
